Alex Ameling is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in the food industry. Currently serving as an Assistent chef-kok at Sociëteit aan de Maas since January 2021, Alex also operates as a sushi kok at Chef Ameling, a sushi-bar and catering service, since February 2020. In addition, Alex has been a Sous Chef at The Harbour Group since October 2009, contributing to the development of the culinary concept that elevated the kitchen's standards. Furthermore, Alex has held the position of Export sea agent at Expeditors since December 2017, showcasing a multifaceted skill set beyond the culinary field.
