Kelly Jean B. has extensive experience in program management and community development, currently serving as the Director of the Research Associate Program at The Great Basin Institute since June 2023. Kelly holds the position of Senior Program Manager/Co-Director for Community Development and Sustainability Initiatives at the Utah Clean Cities Coalition, where responsibilities include managing federal and non-federal projects, overseeing organization communications, and supporting events and outreach efforts. Prior roles include Division Director and National Program Manager at the American Conservation Experience, and various positions focused on youth and community engagement through organizations such as Outdoor Outreach and AmeriCorps NCCC. Kelly Jean B. holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Management from Western Colorado University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from California State University, Fresno.
