Biyi Adeniran is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in consulting, compliance, and governance across various organizations. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at ISSEC Inc. and Advisor at Holt Accelerator, Biyi is also an active member of the Board of Directors for both the Credit Counselling Society and The Good Samaritan Society, holding leadership roles such as Chair of the Governance Committee. As a Council Member of the Certification Governance Council at the Project Management Institute, Biyi contributes to the development of certification programs. With extensive experience in management roles at Fairstone, Shaw Communications, Suncor Energy, and WestJet, Biyi has demonstrated expertise in security, compliance, and risk governance. Additionally, as an instructor at Mount Royal University, Biyi has been involved in curriculum development and teaching project management. Education includes completion of the Directors Education Program at ICD-Rotman, focusing on board governance.
