Rayji S. Tsutsui MD, MPH currently serves as the Director of Cardiovascular Quality and Outcomes and Medical Director of the STEMI Program at Hawaii Pacific Health while also holding a faculty position at the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine. Tsutsui's previous experience includes roles as Chief Interventional Cardiology Fellow, Cardiology Fellow, and Internal Medicine Resident at Cleveland Clinic, as well as Clinical Instructor at Case Western Reserve University. Prior medical training was completed at Auckland DHB as a General Medical Registrar and House Officer. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health and a Clinical Trials Certificate from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from The University of Auckland, and a Bachelor of Human Biology from the same institution.
