Matthew Rencher has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to present. Matthew currently holds the position of Software Engineer at QReal, where they develop web-based content delivery platforms and manages remote teams of developers. Prior to this, they also worked as a Software Engineer at The Glimpse Group, focusing on virtual and augmented reality technologies.

Before entering the tech industry, Matthew worked as a Web Developer at RenchTech Development, where they provided web solutions for small businesses and developed e-commerce websites. Matthew also gained experience in photography, working as a Photographer at Rainbow Apparel Co and as a Photo Technician at The Modern Photobooth Inc. Additionally, Matthew worked as a Photographer/Digital Technician at Kevin Norris Photography, where they were responsible for systems/software management and digital photo editing. Matthew started their career as an Equipment Manager at Location 05 Studios. Throughout their roles, Matthew has utilized various programming languages and technologies such as PHP, Flask, Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, Python, MySQL, and MongoDB.

Matthew Rencher completed their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Commercial Photography at Briarcliffe College from 2004 to 2006. Matthew then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Visual Arts at SUNY New Paltz, graduating in 2009. Finally, from 2016 to 2019, they attended CUNY New York City College of Technology, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering.
