Payes Anand has extensive work experience in software engineering and development. Payes started their career at CloudByte in October 2014 as a Software Engineer and worked there until December 2017. From December 2017 to December 2021, they worked at MayaData as a Senior Software Engineer. Payes then joined DataCore Software in November 2021 as a Senior Software Development Engineer, where they worked until April 2022. Currently, they are working at Rafay as a Staff Software Engineer, starting from April 2022. Additionally, they have been involved in the OpenEBS Project as an Open Source Developer from October 2016 to April 2022.

Payes Anand completed a Bachelor's degree in Communication And Computer Engineering from The LNM Institute of Information Technology from the years 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, Anand attended Milton Public School in Agra and received a Senior Secondary degree in Non Medical Sciences. Anand's education started in 2005 at G.D Birla Memorial School in Ranikhet, where they completed their Higher Secondary education. The field of study for the Higher Secondary degree is unknown.
