Synthia Joseph has a background in Human Resources, starting from their time as an HR Assistant at Joe Taylor Restoration. With experience as a Human Resources Payroll Coordinator at Baker Landscape and currently working as a Sr HR Specialist at The GEO Group, Inc., Synthia is experienced in new-hire procedures, pre-employment screening, maintaining employee information in HR software systems, and improving employee experience. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management and Human Resources Management from Florida International University, Synthia has also interned as a Human Resources Intern at THE COLLECTION.
