Susanna Sørheim currently serves as the Global Topic Owner for People Analytics at DNV, a position held since September 2022. Susanna has also been a contributor at Cappelen Damm since November 2012, co-authoring the textbooks "Psykologi 1" and "Psykologi 2," while developing educational content for high school psychology resources. Previously, Susanna was the HR Analytics Manager at Telenor from August 2018 to August 2022, focusing on establishing and developing HR Analytics to support strategic goals through a data-driven approach. Other experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant at EY and as a Research Assistant at BI Norwegian Business School, with a foundational background in organizational psychology and recruitment. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Leadership & Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Southampton.
