Nicole L Moody is an accomplished Human Resource Management Professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Director for The GEO Group, Inc. since October 2015, Nicole provides HR leadership for twenty-four sites across the Eastern seaboard, focusing on improving HR policies and organizational performance. In addition, Nicole has been with St. Joseph's Healthcare System since October 1998, holding the position of System Director for Recruitment/Retention & Employee Relations, overseeing HR operations for three sites in New Jersey. Previous roles include HR Generalist positions at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center and Wayne General Hospital, where Nicole demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and policy development. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
