Daniella Aguinaga is a seasoned professional in human resources and people operations, currently serving as a People Operations Partner at Hopin since June 2021, after progressing from the role of Sr. People Operations Associate. Prior experience includes positions as a Human Resources Coordinator at Sekure Merchant Solutions and as a Teaching Assistant at Queen's University. Daniella has also worked in various capacities at LJ Realties, Bishop's University, and McGill University, gaining diverse experience in administrative and research roles. Daniella holds a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Queen's University, a CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bishop's University.
