Andres Guilarte is a Senior Account Executive at WPA Intelligence, where responsibilities also include leading a research team and serving as a research associate since January 2022. Concurrently, since January 2020, Guilarte has been an Outreach Fellow for the Venezuela Project at The Fund for American Studies, developing a multimedia, bilingual presentation on Venezuela’s political history and public policy issues, delivered across more than 50 college campuses and events. Previous experience includes roles as a research associate at Students For Liberty, a congressional intern at the U.S. House of Representatives, and a research intern at the Cato Institute, where significant contributions were made to public policy research in Latin America. Early involvement with Students For Liberty as a local coordinator involved organizing campus activities and recruiting participants for workshops and lectures. Guilarte holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
