Jacqueline DiFrangia is an experienced education coordinator at The Fine Arts Association since September 2019, previously serving as a Stagecrafters Associate at Orange Community Education & Recreation from July 2017 to September 2019. Jacqueline held marketing intern positions at Playhouse Square and Cleveland Play House in 2016, where responsibilities included researching promotions and data analysis to enhance ticket sales through social media. Additional experience includes a role as database manager at Mosack's Church Goods & Religious Gifts, where customer information was organized and maintained, and an internship at Dobama Theatre focused on the Marilyn Bianchi Kids' Playwriting Festival. Jacqueline also contributed as a consultant at John Carroll University's Writing Center, assisting students with paper revisions and scheduling, while supporting the Department of Liturgical Music and Musical Arts. Education was completed at John Carroll University between 2012 and 2016.
