Tessa Dwire is a dedicated mental health professional and creative stagehand with diverse experience in therapeutic and arts-related roles. Currently serving as a Mental Health Therapist at The Counseling Source Inc. since August 2023, Tessa previously held positions as a Part Time Therapist at McKinley Hall, Inc. and a Residential Case Manager and Specialist at Eastway Behavioral Healthcare from 2020 to 2023. Simultaneously, Tessa contributes as a Stagehand at The Dayton Art Institute since June 2022, supporting event facilitation in the Rose Auditorium. Tessa's background includes roles as Student Coordinator and Stage Technician within the University of Dayton Theatre program, as well as collaborating on interdisciplinary projects through IACT University of Dayton. Tessa is pursuing a Master of Arts in Social Work at Wright State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Visual Arts from the University of Dayton.
