Katie Boswell is an experienced professional in the fields of philanthropy, social impact, and organizational strategy. Currently serving as Associate Director at New Philanthropy Capital, Katie leads efforts to assist social purpose organizations in understanding and executing their change agendas, as well as improving strategies and leadership for charities and funders. With a strong background in funder and charity strategy, Katie has held various roles focusing on systems change, theory of change, and impact measurement. Additionally, Katie is a Trustee at The Finance Innovation Lab and has previously managed international programs for One World Children's Fund, enhancing the lives of children living in poverty across multiple countries. An educational background includes a Master of Science in Development Management from The Open University and a Master of Arts in History from the University of Cambridge.
