Allan Wickham is an experienced professional in sustainability and corporate services, currently serving as a Board Trustee for YMCA St Paul's Group since April 2023. In addition, Allan holds the position of Head of Occupier Sustainability for CBRE in the UK, where responsibilities include ESG consultancy and advising corporate clients on climate and sustainability strategies. Allan previously led the Head of Climate and Data role at NatWest Group from August 2016 to March 2022, overseeing decarbonization efforts and serving on the ESG executive committee. Other positions at NatWest and RBS involved leadership in workplace services, health and safety, and operational risk management across multiple regions. Allan holds a Master of Science in Management (with Operations Management) from the University of Bath and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Southampton.
