Scott Weiner is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in restaurant and cannabis industry management. As Co-Owner and Co-Founder of The Fifty/50 Restaurant Group since January 2008, Scott has played a pivotal role in developing successful dining concepts. Scott also serves as the Principal Officer at OKAY Cannabis Dispensaries, which has launched innovative retail experiences including the first U.S. dispensary to incorporate a bakery and bar. Prior experience includes a position as Assistant General Manager at Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak, and Stone Crab from February 2004 to January 2008 and an internship at China Grill Management from August 2000 to December 2003. Education credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, obtained between 2000 and 2003.
