Mike Vigneau currently serves as the Director of Training at Edo Japan, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Mike was the Operations Director at Rudy Resto from June 2020 to June 2023, overseeing a successful fast-casual burger brand recognized as Toronto's Best Burger for three consecutive years. From 2012 to May 2020, Mike held the position of Director of Operations, Guest Experience at Recipe Unlimited, enhancing franchise operations for Harvey's and Swiss Chalet. Mike's extensive experience in the restaurant industry includes various leadership roles at Yum! Restaurants International from 2003 to 2011, where operations for 800 KFC and Taco Bell franchises were managed. Previous roles at Priszm included Manager of Multibrands & New Openings and National Training Manager. Mike Vigneau holds an MBA in Finance from Queen's University and a BA in Economics and Finance from Saint Mary's University.
