Willie Fairell III is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in IT operations and support. Currently serving as the Director of Technology Operations at The Family Practice & Counseling Network since July 2021, Willie also holds the position of CEO at GoTech Computers, LLC. Previous roles include Desktop Support/EMR Support Analyst at Family Practices and Counseling Network, Information Management Senior Specialist at Xerox, and Level 2 Helpdesk/Computer Technician for IBM/Johnson & Johnson. With a strong foundation in technical support, system management, and client education, Willie has developed expertise in troubleshooting, hardware and software configurations, and network installations. Willie earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Forensics from DeVry University between 2010 and 2012.
