Urška Bux, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and economic affairs. Currently serving as the Senior Program Manager for WorkInHealth & TF at EIT Health since June 2018, Urška Bux plays a vital role in addressing labor shortages in the healthcare sector and fostering collaboration among the European health industry, talent, and academia. Prior to this, Urška Bux was an Advisor for Economic and Consular Affairs at the Slovenian Consulate General in Munich, where responsibilities included organizing high-profile business delegations and national presentations. Additionally, Urška Bux founded the education agency Kacideja d.o.o. and led business development initiatives for various organizations. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Hult International Business School and specialized management training from esteemed institutions.
