Kelly Carroll is an experienced Early Care & Education Specialist at The Family Conservancy since April 2018. Previously, Kelly served as the Director and Assistant Director at St. Therese Early Education Center from June 2005 to November 2017, overseeing operations for a program of over 150 children and leading a team of 40 educators while ensuring compliance with NAEYC Accreditation standards. Prior experience includes working as an Education Specialist and Early Care Educator at Head Start of Shawnee Mission, Inc. from 2000 to 2005, where Kelly supervised preschool teachers and facilitated the agency's NAEYC Accreditation. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Child Development from the University of Central Missouri, earned between 1991 and 1995.
