Lance L. has had an extensive work experience, beginning in 2010 as a Researcher for the Complex Fluids Lab at Princeton University. In 2013, they joined McKinsey & Company as an Investments professional. Lance then moved to The Rockefeller University in 2015, where they continued to work in Investments. In 2017, Lance became an Independent Consultant, working as a Venture Capital & Startup Operations Consultant. In 2020, they joined BioLumen as the Chief Operating Officer, and also joined EVERYâ„¢ as the Vice President of Strategy & Business Operations and Head of Strategy & Strategic Finance.

Lance L. holds a B.S.E. in Chemical & Biological Engineering from Princeton University and a Master of Business Administration - MBA from The Wharton School. Lance has also passed the CFA Level III from the CFA Institute.
