Louis Schellong is an experienced hotel revenue management professional currently serving as the Director of Revenue at Dorchester Collection since May 2022. Prior to this role, Louis held the position of Area Director of Revenue Management at The Beverly Hills Hotel from January 2013 to May 2022. Louis's extensive experience in revenue management includes serving as Director of Revenue Management at The Peninsula Hotels and various roles including Reservations Manager and Hotel Manager - Overnight Operations. Louis began the career in hospitality as the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Plaza Athenee New York and completed a Rooms Management Trainee program at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Palm Beach. Louis holds a BSc in Hotel & Catering Management from the University of Surrey and completed further education at Cornell University in 2009.
