Robert Golston Jr has a diverse work experience. Robert began their career at OneWest Bank in 2009 as a Foreclosure Specialist 3, a role they held until 2010. In 2012, they worked as a Warehouse Contractor at Carpet Warehouse for a brief period. Robert then joined EBQuickstart in 2018 as a Sales Development Representative, but left the role in 2019. Currently, they are employed at CLEAN Cause as a Sales Representative.

Robert Golston Jr began their education at McNeil High School, where they obtained their Diploma in 2008. After completing high school, they attended Schreiner University from 2008 to 2009. Following their time at Schreiner University, they briefly attended Austin Community College in 2010.
