Cassandra Felix has extensive work experience in the wine industry. Cassandra started their career as a Server Trainer at Chili's from 2008 to 2014. Cassandra then worked at Virginia Philip Wine Shop & Academy as a Seasonal Sales Associate in 2020. Cassandra went on to be a Harvest Intern at Buccella Wines from August 2020 to November 2020. After that, they worked as a Wine Informant at Robert Sinskey Vineyards from September 2020 to January 2021. Cassandra then took on the role of Brand Director at Brendel Wines from January 2021 to December 2021. Following that, they served as the Wine Director at The Boca Raton from December 2021 to December 2022. Currently, they are working at The Dinex Group - Daniel Boulud as a Head Sommelier at Centurion New York since December 2022.

Cassandra Felix obtained an Executive Education Certificate in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University in 2020. Prior to that, they attended Palm Beach Atlantic University starting in 2007, but their degree and end year are unknown for this institution. Additionally, Cassandra has obtained several additional certifications, including "Subtle Shifts in Thinking for Tremendous Resilience" and "The 22 Immutable Laws of Branding (Blinkist Summary)" from LinkedIn in April 2021, and an Advanced Sommelier certification from The Court of Master Sommeliers in October 2018.
