Ibijoke Faborode is an accomplished leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in promoting women's inclusion in social, economic, and public life through technology and policy innovation. As the Founder and CEO of ElectHER and the Founder of the Africa Female Founders Collective, Ibijoke focuses on community building and capacity development. Ibijoke's previous roles include serving on the Global Leadership Council for The Democracy & Culture Foundation and as an Adjunct Faculty member at the Nigerian Global Affairs Council. With a notable tenure at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, Ibijoke managed a project portfolio exceeding £500 million in the agritech and healthcare sectors across West Africa. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Technology and Public Policy from ITCILO and a Master's degree in Project Management from EM Normandie Business School.
