Joel is also the Founder of Your Allergy Chefs, an independent consulting company that helps clients with food allergies. Joel has extensive experience in the culinary industry, having worked with various companies such as Princess Cruises, Sodexo, Publix, and Walt Disney World. Joel has also developed education programs for Food Allergy Research & Education. Joel holds a AS in Food Service Management, a Plant-Based Professional Certificate, and a Certificate with Honors in Culinary Arts.
