Ethan Ngai is a seasoned technical professional currently serving as an Application Support Engineer at The Craneware Group since September 2024. Prior to this role, Ethan accumulated extensive experience at findhelp, progressing through multiple positions including Product Support Engineer, Product Support Analyst, Network Support Analyst, Data Quality Specialist, and Data Quality Associate from May 2020 to September 2024. Earlier career endeavors included working as Field Staff at Epic Movement from April 2016 to December 2019 and as Room Host & Operator at Texas Panic Room from March 2015 to December 2015. Ethan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
