As the Director of Customer Experience, Betsey streamlines processes and empowers their teams to deliver the business outcomes behavioral health leaders are looking for. She values the relationships we build with their customers and consistently prioritizes human interactions. Prior to joining ClinicTracker, Betsey worked for 25 years in marketing and operations at a Fortune 50 company. One of her favorite roles was managing public-sector and non-profit sales operations in the Northeast market. Betsey is a dedicated advocate for her son Danny and for all athletes with intellectual, developmental, and neurological challenges. She is proud to serve on the board of directors for Syracuse Challenger Baseball, the largest and oldest baseball program in the country for children and adults of all abilities.
