Preksha S. is a skilled PCN Clinical Pharmacist currently employed at The Confederation, Hillingdon CIC since April 2023. Previously, Preksha worked as a Pharmacist at Boots UK from 2017 to April 2023, providing a range of services including vaccination administration and health advice for over 70 care homes. Preksha also completed the Foundation Pharmacist programme in collaboration with the Royal Pharmaceutical Society. Prior experience includes a Pre-Registration Pharmacist role at Boots UK, focusing on community healthcare and care home pharmacology, and pharmacy training at M.P.Shah Hospital. Preksha holds an M.Pharm degree from Aston University, achieved in 2017, and completed secondary education at Oshwal Academy Nairobi Senior High.
