Smriti Chawla is an experienced business analyst currently employed at The Commonwell Mutual Insurance Group since August 2020, where participation in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) is key. Prior to this role, Smriti Chawla served as a Guidewire Subject Matter Expert (SME) at QA Consultants, focusing on understanding user stories and testing various Guidewire modules, specifically for clients such as Jewelers Mutual and Amica Insurance.
