Alex Lane is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in municipal engineering. Currently serving as City Engineer for The City of Derby since December 2019, Alex previously held the position of Engineer II at the City of Newton from April 2014 to December 2019 and worked as a Project Engineer at Ruggles & Bohm, P.A. from 2003 to March 2014. Alex earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University between 1991 and 1996.
