Lilia Pulova has a diverse range of work experience spanning over a decade. Lilia most recently worked as a Scrum Master at Vosker since March 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at Bell from November 2020 to March 2022, where they facilitated sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and software demonstrations. Lilia also worked closely with the project owner in backlog management and continuous delivery of features.

Before their role at Bell, Lilia worked as a Scrum Master at Desjardins from May 2020 to September 2020. At Air Canada, they were a Scrum Master from October 2018 to May 2020, where they played a role in the Waterfall-Agile transition and collaborated with teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Lilia also worked as an Accountant at Les Entrepots de metaux from April 2011 to July 2013, as a Logisticien at Profitex from March 2010 to February 2011, as an Advisor to the General Director at TLC Group from October 2009 to February 2010, and as an Accountant at MCDean from October 2008 to April 2009.

Lilia Pulova (SSM) has a diverse education history. Lilia obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Applied sciences from Odessa National Maritime University between 1999 and 2005. Lilia also completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same university from 2005 to 2008. In 2008, they attended Alliance Francaise to study the French language. Lilia also attended Shadd Business Centre from 2011 to 2012, where they pursued a Diploma of Vocational Studying in Accounting.
