In 2019, Syed completed their Masters of Business Administration degree in the Professional MBA Program at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Express Scripts in 2004 and a MAGIC Facilitator and Coach certification from Communico Ltd. in 2010.
