Andrew Mendez is a Senior Manager II at The Cheesecake Factory, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, managing a large staff, analyzing sales trends, implementing health standards, and developing and coaching teams. Prior to this role, Andrew held positions as a Star Bartender, Server, and Bartender at the same restaurant. Andrew also has experience as an Appeals Coordinator at ClearHealth Strategies and as a Server at P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc and Red Lobster. Andrew has a Master's degree in French Horn Performance from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance with a Minor in Psychology from the University of Miami. Andrew is currently enrolled in a Data Analytics Bootcamp at Data Career Jumpstart.
