Michelle Villegas has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Michelle most recently served as the Vice President of Customer Success at The Boxoffice Company (Webedia), where their responsibilities included driving customer success, developing customizable SaaS solutions, and fostering a customer-centric culture. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as the Director of Boost Americas at The Boxoffice Company and as an Account Director.
Before joining The Boxoffice Company, Michelle worked as a Digital Account Director at Beattie Group, where they focused on managing and building client relationships across all channels. Michelle also has experience at Peach Digital, where they served as a Senior Account Manager and an Account Manager. In these roles, Michelle provided clients with a range of digital services, including website design, email marketing, and multi-channel marketing activities.
Michelle's early career included roles as a Brand Ambassador at Boë Gin, where they promoted alcoholic drink brands and managed social media during a rebranding process, as well as a Client Relation and Event Intern at Denvir Marketing, where they worked with clients such as Tesco and Maxxium UK.
Michelle's work experience also includes a brief stint as an Events Manager at Emirates Flight Catering, where they gained experience in a managerial position serving high-profile individuals and organizations in an unfamiliar culture.
Michelle Villegas attended Dollar Academy from 1998 to 2009. Michelle then went on to study at the University of Strathclyde from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a degree in Business with a focus on Marketing and Hospitality and Tourism Management. In 2014, they completed a User Experience for the Web (WebUX) course at Open2Study. In 2015, Michelle Villegas attended GTG Training for an Introduction to Project Management course.
