Pearce Sampson has a strong background in the cycling industry, with their most recent position being the Head of Marketing at the Bike Club since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Evans Cycles, where they held the positions of PR & Content Marketing Manager from January 2020 to June 2021, and Senior PR and Content Executive from August 2018 to January 2020. Their earliest work experience was as an Assistant Manager at F.W. EVANS CYCLES (UK) LIMITED, where they worked from January 2011 to September 2018. Overall, Pearce has extensive experience in marketing and management within the cycling industry.

Pearce Sampson pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from King's College London. Pearce started studying in 2008 and successfully completed their education at the institution in 2011.
