Catherine Hannam is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry with extensive experience in delivery operations and project management. Currently serving as the Group Delivery Operations Manager at The Big Table Group since January 2022, Catherine has previously held significant roles at The Rank Group plc, including Project Manager for Food & Beverage and Group Home Delivery Development Manager. With a strong foundation established during tenure at Mecca Bingo/Rank Group as the National Food & Beverage Manager and as Regional Food & Beverage Manager at Rank Group, Catherine's career began at Spirit Group, where the role of Pub Manager/Licensee was held. Catherine holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Multi Unit Leisure Leadership & Strategy from Birmingham City University and completed education at Thomas Danby College from 1992 to 1995.
