Crystal Hendrickson (Pace) has extensive work experience in sales, marketing, and management positions. Crystal started their career at YMCA Camp Cosby as an Assistant Director and later became the Communications Director. After that, they worked at TGI Fridays as a Restaurant and Bar Manager, where they also served as a Trainer and Training Coordinator in multiple locations. Crystal then joined Winegardner & Hammons Hotel Group, initially as a Front Desk Manager and later as a Sales Account Manager, Director of Sales, and Sales Manager Task Force. Crystal also had a role as the Food and Beverage Director, overseeing the closing, temporary service, remodel, and reopening of multiple outlets. Crystal then joined Winegardner & Hammons as a Front Desk Manager and Restaurant Manager, where they achieved the #1 ranking in guest satisfaction for Marriotts. Crystal later joined Oceanside Resorts, Inc. as the Director of Sales before moving on to their current role as the Vice President of Sales and PR at Pinnacle Partnership. Prior to this, they held several roles at Pinnacle Partnership, including Area Director of Sales and Marketing and Corporate Director of Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management. Crystal's work experience demonstrates their expertise and success in sales, marketing, and management roles within various industries.

Crystal Hendrickson (Pace) attended Appalachian State University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a BA in Communications/Journalism and a BS in Spanish. Crystal also studied at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso in 2004 and 2005, earning a BA in Communications and Spanish.
