Mackenzie Whiteley is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in customer service, coaching, instruction, and leadership. Currently serving as Front of House at The Big Group, Mackenzie excels in providing exceptional service at large events. As a Junior & Intermediate Rowing Coach at Lauriston Girls' School, Mackenzie emphasizes teamwork and technique, designing tailored training sessions for athletes. Mackenzie also has experience as a Ski Instructor at Falls Creek, teaching skiing to beginners and intermediates, and has served as a Sports Representative at University College, coordinating intercollegiate sports and leading orientation activities. Previous roles include leadership positions as a School Prefect and Snowsports Captain at Lauriston Girls' School, as well as work experience shadowing legal professionals. Mackenzie is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering Systems at the University of Melbourne, building on a solid educational foundation that includes a Victorian Certificate of Education.
