Duncan McKenzie is an experienced talent acquisition leader, currently serving as the Talent Lead at The Benevolent Society since December 2021. Previously, Duncan held the position of Head of Talent at Lifestyle Solutions (Aust) Ltd., where the focus was on sourcing employees aligned with core values to support individuals with disabilities and those in out-of-home care. Duncan's extensive background in recruitment includes various leadership roles at Transport for NSW, such as A/Manager Recruitment Campaigns and A/Manager Recruitment Support Services, where responsibility included talent acquisition for frontline roles and managing recruitment teams. Additional roles spanned management and consultancy positions in the recruitment industry, including General Manager at Sheelagh McKenzie Recruitment and Executive Manager at WorkPac Professional. Duncan holds a Bachelor of Marine Science and Management from Southern Cross University, along with a Professional Certificate in Human Resource Consulting from Monash University.
