Herbert Spechtenhauser has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Global HR at Dr. Schär since June 2004, where the focus is on gluten-free food production. Prior to this role, Herbert held a position in personnel development at Hoppe AG from 1991 to 2004. Educational qualifications include a Diplom in Personalmanagement from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® obtained between 2010 and 2011, as well as commercial education from a commercial school.
