Alana Morgan is an experienced professional in service and claims support, currently serving as a Service Support Coordinator at The Benevolent Society since July 2023. Prior to this role, Alana worked at Accoras from August 2016 to July 2023 as a Claims Support Coordinator for ParentsNext, where responsibilities included training staff, managing participation funds, conducting audits, and facilitating communication with stakeholders. Alana also held the position of Case Coordinator, supporting participants in achieving their goals, and previously managed administrative tasks for the ParentsNext program. Earlier in the career, Alana worked as a Customer Service Manager at Southside Sport & Community Club and as an Assistant Venue Manager at The Glen Hotel and Suites. Alana holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Southern Queensland.
