Indira Collie possesses extensive experience in public relations and communications, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Internal Communications and Public Relations at The Bahamas Telecommunications Company (BTC Business) since July 2006. During tenure, Indira has held various roles within the Public Relations Unit, focusing on internal and external communications, corporate social responsibility, and sponsorships. Notably, Indira pioneered the company's inaugural volunteer program, iVolunteer. Prior to BTC, Indira worked as Assistant Catering Manager at Hilton Worldwide, where event planning for diverse clientele was managed, and as an Account Executive at Carter Marketing, overseeing advertising and communications. Indira holds a Bachelor's Degree in Media & Communications with a specialization in Public Relations from The University of the West Indies Jamaica, an Associate's Degree in Journalism & Mass Communications from The College of The Bahamas, and completed secondary education at St. John's College High School.
