Rinae Marema has extensive experience in workforce management, resource planning, scheduling, optimization, and capacity planning. They have held positions such as Real Time Analyst, Workforce Manager, Tactical Planning Analyst, and Assistant Planner in various companies including CCI South Africa, IGT Solutions, Tech Mahindra, CapabilityBPO, Capita, and WNS Global Services SA. Rinae Marema has a background in programming and information technology from Vaal University of Technology and completed their matric at Lenz Public School.
