Spencer Lane has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, spanning over 15 years. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Operations and General Manager at The Aspenwood Company, where they oversaw the company's operations. Prior to that, they held multiple leadership roles at The Aspenwood Company, including Vice President of Operations and Hospitality and Vice President of Hospitality. Before joining The Aspenwood Company, Spencer worked as a Hotel Manager at Hilton. Spencer also held the position of Corporate Director of Food and Beverage at Bunkhouse, where they were responsible for overseeing food and beverage operations for multiple hotels and coffee shops. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Food and Beverage at JW Marriott Houston Downtown and Hotel ZaZa. Spencer began their career at Rosewood Kauri Cliffs and Blantyre as a Food and Beverage Manager and Restaurant Manager respectively. Spencer also worked as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Castle Hill Inn & Resort.
Spencer Lane attended Johnson & Wales University, although the start and end years are unknown. Spencer later completed their high school education at Laguna Beach HIGH School from 1995 to 1998. Additionally, Spencer Lane obtained certifications as a Certified Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers, Americas in 2017, and as a PADI Divemaster from PADI in 2016.
