Chris Lott is a seasoned culinary professional currently serving as the Culinary Program Coordinator and Lead Instructor at the Asian American Health Coalition - HOPE Clinic since April 2022, where Chris manages the Bite of HOPE program and collaborates with community partners to promote healthy eating and nutritional awareness. Prior experience includes roles such as Junior Sous Chef at Aimbridge Hospitality and Sous Chef at Compass Group, where Chris managed back-of-house operations and assisted in meal preparation and presentation. With a diverse background in various culinary positions, including Food Truck Manager and Kitchen Manager, Chris has developed strong leadership and operational skills. Additionally, Chris has a significant military background as a Medical Team Leader in the US Army, gaining valuable experience in leadership, training, and operational readiness. Chris holds an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, earned between 2014 and 2016.
