Ruben Rodriguez currently serves as the Acting CEO and Chief Operating Officer at The Arc of the United States, focusing on the promotion and protection of human rights for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at the Center for Applied Linguistics, where the emphasis was on language learning and cultural understanding, and contract positions at LTBD Consulting and Dr. Blackman, MD PA, which aimed at enhancing health and vitality. Ruben has also held senior operational and financial leadership positions at Workhouse Arts Foundation, Mount Pisgah Christian School, Metropolitan Church of God, Trilogy Business Services, Barton Employment Outsourcing, and Orex Formally Isolyser, Inc. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from The George Washington University, a BBA in Accounting from Pace University, and certification as a Certified Professional Coach from Regent University.
