Rose Dorceans currently serves as the Director of Program Operations at East Coast Migrant Head Start Project since October 2021. Prior experience includes Manager of Centers Operation at Episcopal Children's Services, Inc. from July 2019 to October 2021, and Center Director at KinderCare Education from June 2018 to July 2019. Dorceans also held the position of Director at Malena's Mini School from June 2012 to May 2018 and worked as a Group Leader at Creative School Age Child Care from August 2010 to August 2012. Earlier in 2012, Rose Dorceans was a Teacher Assistant at the University of West Florida. Dorceans holds a Master of Public Administration in Private Sector from the University of West Florida, earned in May 2023, and a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the same institution, completed in 2014.
