Gene Martinez has extensive experience in legislative advocacy and education, currently serving as the Legislative Advocacy Coordinator at The Arc Minnesota since March 1990. Prior experience includes functioning as an Adjunct Instructor at Century College, where topics covered included American Government and the impact of policies on daily life, as well as a role as a Law Clerk at Ramsey County District Court, providing legal support. Additionally, Gene worked as a Marketing Specialist at Thomson Reuters, implementing sales campaigns for legal publications and research. Gene holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from New Mexico State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School.
