The Community Engagement and Advocacy team at The Arc Minnesota focuses on empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through active participation and advocacy within their communities. The team works to build awareness, promote inclusion, and advance public policies that support the rights and needs of people with disabilities. They facilitate various programs aimed at enhancing self-advocacy, provide resources for families, and engage in grassroots initiatives to ensure meaningful representation and support for those they serve.
